YOGA WITH WENDY
Join guest instructor Wendy Henderson for
Ashtanga yoga classes appropriate for any level of practice. The group will work together to improve balance, strength and focus. Classes can be viewed at home. Call the office for more information.

YOGA WITH SHARON
Join guest instructor Sharon Smith to learn how to nourish the body with yoga. Reduce stress, focus on balance, flexibility and learn how to align your breath with fluid movement. All fitness levels welcome.

ADULT PICKLEBALL
Residents age 18 and up are invited to come give pickleball a try. Two courts are available for open gym, drop-in play. All fitness and experience levels are welcome. There are paddles available for use, or bring your own.
AGES: 18 & up FEE: $3 drop-in per session/ $30 for 13 punch pass

ADULT BASKETBALL
Open gym style play with no pre-registration required. All fitness and skill levels are welcome. Group scrimmages (no ref provided) when the numbers permit.

AGES: 18 & up FEE: $3 drop-in per session

COUNTRY SWING DANCE
Grab a partner and join guest instructor Clark Letellier at the Asp Community Center on Monday nights! You will learn the easiest form of swing dance; a good base for learning dozens of other types of swing dance like east coast swing, west coast swing, jive, the shag, big band swing and jitterbug to list a few. No rhythm, no problem! Country swing is a fast, energetic form of swing that's easy to learn with no previous experience necessary. Please plan on pre-registering for this class by May 2nd.
AGES: 15 & up FEE: $10 a person
